The double leg takedown involves controlling both of your opponent's legs and driving forward to bring them to the ground.
Drill Steps

Assume a balanced, staggered stance.
- Place one leg forward and one back
- Prepare for an explosive movement

Drop your body level below your partner's head.
- Avoid aligning your head with theirs
- Create a clear entry to their legs

Drop your lead knee to the mat between their legs.
- Land your knee past their toes
- Keep your head up and focused

Wrap your arms firmly around both of your partner's legs.
- Grab behind their knees or thighs
- Secure a tight grip for control

Drive forward powerfully with your back leg to complete the takedown.
- Keep driving through them
- Maintain control of their legs until they fall
