Drill Steps

Establish a deep underhook on their armpit.

  • Hug their near leg.
  • Keep your underhook hand high.

Grab their far lapel or back with your free hand.

  • Use your legs to push and disrupt their base.
  • Shift their weight onto your underhook side.

Stretch their near leg with your outside leg.

  • Swing your legs to fully enter deep half
  • Keep your head tight to their hip.

Maintain a tight lapel grip with your underhook hand.

  • Keep your head close to prevent them from jumping over.
  • Apply pressure on their trapped leg.

Grab a grip on their free arm's sleeve.

  • Prevent them from posting or regaining posture.
  • Use the sleeve grip for added control.
