Drill Steps

Turn your opponent away from you.
- approach and rotate their body
- aim to turn them to the center or slightly away

Create space from their knee shield.
- ensure their knee is disconnected from their chest
- pull their knee open if it is tight

Shoot your arm and connect your shoulder to their chest.
- drive your shoulder directly into their chest
- maintain tightness upon connection to prevent pushing

Finish the knee cut pass.
- grab their close arm
- post your free hand for stability
- drive your knee through to complete the pass
