Drill Steps

Break the balance of your partner
- Get an underhook with the palm away
- Connect your hands with a gable grip
- Squeeze the sharp side of your forearm
- Target the soft area on their shoulder

Make them move their neck
- Keep your hands locked
- With your elbow push their head

Finish the sweep
- Get your feet in butterfly position
- Lift your legs up and move on top
