This drill covers the X pass from the headquarters position to achieve knee on belly.

Drill Steps

Control the collar.

  • Maintain a firm grip.

Control the outside of the pants.

  • Secure a grip on the pant leg.

Fake left.

  • Shift your weight slightly left.

Step right.

  • Take a deep step with your right foot.

Kick your leg back.

  • Create momentum for the pass.
6

Cross your hands into an X.

  • Perform the hand exchange as you pass.
  • Release the pants grip only when in neon belly.
