This drill covers the X pass from the headquarters position to achieve knee on belly.
Drill Steps
1
Control the collar.
- Maintain a firm grip.

Control the outside of the pants.
- Secure a grip on the pant leg.
3
Fake left.
- Shift your weight slightly left.
4
Step right.
- Take a deep step with your right foot.
5
Kick your leg back.
- Create momentum for the pass.
6
Cross your hands into an X.
- Perform the hand exchange as you pass.
- Release the pants grip only when in neon belly.
