Drill Steps

- Bring their elbow across your centerline.

Place the same-side foot on their hip.
- Push off the hip to create an angle.

Climb your free leg up to their armpit.
- Align your body with their isolated arm.

Block their head with your free hand.
- Prevent them from posturing up.

Pass your other leg over their head.
- Secure their head with your leg.

Squeeze your knees together.
- Pinch your heels towards your glutes.

Grip their wrist with both hands.
- Ensure their thumb points upwards.
8
Extend your hips towards the sky.
- Finish the armbar submission.
