Drill Steps

Establish heavy pressure in the double unders.
- Load one side of your body more than the other.
- Take your knees off the ground to increase pressure.
- Position their leg onto your shoulder.
- Lock your hands or use a forearm for added pressure.

Pass the guard by moving around their leg.
- Do not throw their leg away.
- Keep their leg in place and circle your body around it.
- Maintain constant pressure throughout the pass.
- Come up with head control and secure wrist control.
