Drill Steps

Break your opponent's balance.
- Pull their sleeve and lapel upwards.
- Shift their weight onto their heels.
- Lean your body weight on them.

Execute the reaping motion.
- Step your lead leg forward.
- Place your reaping leg behind their ankle.
- Use a large semicircular motion with your reaping leg.

Maintain correct head positioning.
- Look over the shoulder opposite to your reaping leg.
- Avoid keeping your head on the same side as your reaping leg.
