Drill Steps

Leg Raise
- Lie on your back with your knees bent or legs straight
- Engage your core and lift your legs up toward the ceiling, keeping them controlled

Hip Up
- From the same position, push through your feet and lift your hips off the ground
- Squeeze your glutes and imagine creating space to move your legs around your opponent

Triangle
- While your hips are up, simulate wrapping one leg around an imaginary opponent’s neck and locking the triangle
- Keep the other leg angled over your shin to complete the figure-four shape
- Focus on leg positioning, core engagement, and squeezing with your legs
